Cookie is the place to store temporary information of a website in order to enhance the performance. However, not all cookies are safe because hackers can use the information in them and storing so many cookies may slow down your browser. CookieCrumbler is an small and essential utility to clean bad and dangerous cookies in your browsers. Besides the cleaning feature, you can also view and edit the cookie or set rules to clean a cookie or not.
CookieCrumbler About 
CookieCrumbler main window: Once started, it automatically scans for bad cookies silently and show you the result on the main window. 
To see or edit a bad cookie, click on Cookie editor button 
CookieCrumbler will then show you the list of stored cookie on various browsers installed on your computer. Right click on one cookie and choose Edit… to see or change information about that cookie. 
To clean bad cookies, click on Clean button, then choose the option to clean 
Customize the rules to clean. You can add your own rule by clicking on Add button 
then choose the Field, Condition, Query value, Action to set the rule 
Once all bad cookies are cleaned, you will get this window

You may customize CookieCrumbler to clean automatically when on Windows startup
